Amelia O’Loughlin

Amelia O’Loughlin is a writer, director, and producer and founder of the award-winning Freida Films. Her work spans film and theatre across the UK and Europe, earning recognition including a Forbes 30 Under 30 shortlist. Her storytelling is defined by bold, character-led narratives exploring ambition, escape, and social mobility, often blending music, spoken word, and dark humour.

Edward Zorab

Co-Founder

Edward Zorab is a writer, director, and producer working across film, television, and theatre. His work includes a National Theatre Highly Commended accolade for The Professionals and a BAFTA shortlist for Youth in Bed. He creates bold, character-driven stories exploring identity, isolation, and legacy. Alongside his creative work, he brings five years’ experience in creative agencies, combining storytelling with strategic insight.

Mike Nelson is a strategic advisor and coach with over 30 years’ experience in global consulting and board-level roles. A former Big Four partner, he specialises in strategy, transformation, and scaling businesses. He mentors early-stage companies across creative sectors, bringing a strong ability to bridge commerce and the arts.
