Amelia O’Loughlin

Amelia is a writer, director and producer; a Brit List Nominee (2025), Shortlisted for Forbes 30 Under 30 and Runner-up of Cold Smoke Productions' Development Award. She works between Ireland, the U.S., and the UK on BFI and Screen Ireland-backed features with BAFTA-winning and Oscar-nominated teams: Sleeper Films (The Favourite); Cowtown Pictures (Everybody Digs Bill Evans); Freestyle Picture Company (The Florida Project); Sympathetic Ink (Girl With the Pearl Earring). Producer and Founder of award-winning independent company Freida Films Ltd.

Edward Zorab

Co-Founder

Edward Zorab is a writer, director, and producer working across film, television, and theatre. His work has garnered a National Theatre Highly Commended accolade for The Professionals and a BAFTA shortlist for Youth in Bed. He creates bold, character-driven stories exploring identity, isolation, and legacy. Alongside his creative work, he brings five years’ experience in creative agencies, combining storytelling with strategic insight. His debut feature film, ‘Dissonance’' is currently in development with BIFA award winning Deadbeat Studios.

Mike Nelson is a strategic advisor and coach with over 30 years’ experience in global consulting and board-level roles. A former Big Four partner, he specialises in strategy, transformation, and scaling businesses. He mentors early-stage companies across creative sectors, bringing a strong ability to bridge commerce and the arts.

Lily Catalifo is an actress and casting associate with a background in executive support and logistics for high-profile clients and events. With a strong eye for performance and a wide network, she sources diverse talent across experience levels. Her attention to detail and people-focused approach support both casting and pre-production.
